There's something
to be said
about an image
that is soothing,

Maybe it's the way
the eye is drawn
through the circle
down the path
to the unknown

so inviting
so familiar

I'm not soothed. I see a portal into the
secret garden. Everything in the ring seems
slightly magnified and enhanced and the focus
really grabs my attention, like the Rain Goddess
but more subtle.

It's a bit magical, isn't it. I can become quite mesmerized when stare at it for awhile. Maybe it's a healing photo.
