I'd be living a lie
on the 4th of July
if I did not deny
that I strongly decry
hypocrisy
and
corporacracy
instead of
democracy
should anyone try
to make my flag fly
with that awful Bush guy
who 's making me cry
as things go awry
in Iraq
I wouldn't be shy
as I gave 'em a pie
in the eye
preferably
blueberry
or jalapeno
