I think I have a few more weeks of Mexican pictures, but tales of my Mexican adventures seem to be at an end. Content and illustration may not match for a while.
You certainly have an eye for the gorgeous. I visit your site often for the breathtaking visual images, always well-thought-out and aesthetically striking. I don't have this sense (I'm wired for music, not visuals), so admire it in others. It's part of your curiosity too, like sharing a slice of your consciousness. Great stuff.
I am still stalking the wild Gabor. One of these times we will get together for coffee and conversation. Oh, my obsessive brain! Today I will be going to a memorial service for a dear lady who passed very suddenly of a stroke; she was in early-stage Alzheimer's, so there is grace in her passing, but sadness too. In a way, it was a beatiful death, but my little spiritual community is pretty devastated and absorbing the shock. Then today I got a call from my Edmonton Journal editor getting me off the hook for an assignment I wanted to try to complete today - turns out someone else already reviewed that book, so I don't have to. The sense of relief was huge. Now I can focus energy on this memorial and letting myself cry and feel everything there is to feel. The power of grace is formidable, and always stronger than darkness.
Keep on keepin' on - your site is great!

Posted by: Margaret Gunning at March 5, 2004 01:13 PMHello Margaret --
You always pop in at the most opportune times.
I am sorry for your loss. Crying and feeling sounds like a very way to spend the day -- we definitely want to keep our tears flowing, rather than having them lodge in our respective soma, making mischief, as Gabor warns.
I am also sorry for my whining. I was imagining what it was like when you published your novel-- all...ll that work, and then waiting for the reception of your creation. I have yet to master delayed gratification.
Good luck on Gabor watch. We're counting on you. Breathlessly awaiting b your next installment.

While reading this post I remembered Beethhoven music... What do you think about it???
Posted by: подарки at April 3, 2004 11:16 AMZdravstvuite!
Beethoven often carries me to heights unavailable by ordinary means. I am honored by your association.
Does this mean you liked my picture?
Всего наилучшего!
